TABLE BOOKINGS – REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 2 days prior to the table reservation date. Cancellations received after the specified deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Furthermore:
All refund requests must be submitted by the owner of the credit card used for the payment.
Refund requests must include the buyer’s name and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
The above policies apply ONLY for table booking deposits on this website and not the wedding services.
